Scope of Work for the Shipyard
Detail design and site supervision services, including
- Piping: Creating detailed 3D piping models for several Grand Blocks using a combination of design data, reference materials from earlier vessels, technical drawings, and advanced modeling software (FORAN and Tribon)
- Hull: Completing detailed hull design and documentation updates for various structural blocks, ensuring consistency with established design practices and fabrication requirements
- Outfitting: Delivering complete outfitting design for multiple Grand Blocks, including developing new models from scratch and updating existing ones to incorporate technical specifications, reference materials and design change notices (DCNs)
- Site Support: Acting as the main point of contact between design and production, ensuring effective communication and smooth execution on-site
Project Features
- All design work was carried out in accordance with Deltamarin's internal procedures, quality assurance system, and KPSI’s standard shipbuilding practices and component library to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Design work was primarily carried out using FORAN and Tribon modelling software
