- Concept development and basic technical evaluation, including general arrangement, technical studies, and operational profile
- General arrangement management and project development, including outline technical material and project outline book
- Development of basic general arrangement and construction documents, including project engineering, general arrangement, specifications, machinery arrangement drawings, structural design, weight calculations, hull form, tank arrangement, hydrostatics, damage stability calculations, tonnage calculation, speed/power prediction, maneuverability, electrical balance, fresh water statistics, and yard review
- Evaluation of different yard proposals
- Master planning, including participation in contractual yard discussions, outfitting situation evaluation at the yard, and outfitting scheduling and follow-up

- Support in establishing a new cruise company and cruising concept
- Development of a simple and reliable outfitting schedule, including follow-up
- Extensive studies on gas turbine machinery, building procedures, air conditioning systems, and propulsion power
- Creation of a clear and efficient follow-up system for the final ten months of construction
