Commission for the Ship Owner
The commission included basic design of the entire ship, inclusive of deck modules, flare stack, and drill floor substructure, and detail design.
- Basic design included naval architecture, structural design, FEA, hull outfitting, accommodation, safety, mechanical systems, P&IDs for marine, utility, safety, and drilling systems, HVAC, electrical systems, instrumentation, telecom, and procurement assistance
- Detail design involved creating a TRIBON 3D model of the entire ship (excluding the process module), which included all main equipment, piping, ducting, cable trays, stairs, ladders, railings, and equipment foundations. Also included were workshop drawings, MTOs (Material Take-Offs), and cable routing for electrical, instrumentation, and telecom systems.
