Project Features
- The vessel’s hospital area of abt. 7,000 m2 contains six operating rooms, an intensive care unit, clinical laboratory, diagnostic radiology, hospital supply and pharmacy services
- The vessel is even equipped with a school and kindergarten for the staff’s children
- The vessel will be certified as a passenger ship for long international voyages and will be registered under the flag of Malta with Lloyd’s Register classification
- Mercy Ships is a charity organisation which brings medical care to the underprivileged in the developing nations with the help of volunteer staff
