Commission for the Ship Owner
- Basic design included updating client-provided P&IDs and D&IDs, performing structural design and calculations/analysis for large equipment foundations, supporting structures, and smaller deckhouses.
- Additionally, basic design comprised electrical and instrumentation (E&I) design, excluding power generation, high-voltage distribution, and propulsion systems, as well as preparing technical specifications for procurement purposes
- The detail engineering package included a complete TRIBON M3 3D model that included structures according to updated scantling drawings, openings for windows, doors, and stairs, as well as reinforcements for heavy equipment and penetrations for piping, ducting, and cable trays. It also featured main mechanical and electrical equipment, equipment foundations, and piping DN 25 and larger with supports.
- In addition, the detail package covered ventilation and spiro ducts, cable trays and their respective supports, deck outfitting equipment such as anchoring, mooring, cranes, and lifesaving gear, and steel outfitting including stairs, ladders, platforms, and railings.
