Scope of Work for the Shipyard
- Project and contract design, including general and machinery arrangements, trailer capacity plan, cross sections, weight calculations, speed and power estimations, hull form development, electrical balance, stability calculations, thermal balance, escape way calculations, tonnage calculations, cost estimations, and participation in SNMA and owner meetings
- Basic design, including general lightweight calculations and budgets, hull classification and transverse sections, outfitting design, interior design, HVAC design, machinery arrangement, machinery system diagrams, and electrical and automation systems
- Procurement, including outfitting, interior, HVAC, machinery, and electrical and automation systems
Project Features
- A lower hold concept was developed in accordance with new damage stability rules for ro-pax vessels, including the creation of a new method for calculating and analyzing criteria. This method considered all possible combinations of damage within the lower hold and adjacent compartments, ensuring compliance with B/5 regulations.
- Performance optimization was carried out, resulting in reduced resistance, enhanced propulsion efficiency, and improved maneuverability
