Services for newbuild projects

Services for newbuild projects

Deltamarin provides project services for owners, yards and contractors for complex passenger ship newbuild projects as well as other construction projects, like special power modules or barges.

Our broad understanding of the requirements of Western ship-owners, operators and offshore contractors creates a solid base from which to assist and support our customers when they are seeking and exploring cost-efficient passenger ship construction, for example in Asia.
On the other hand, we have explored several shipyards and their ways of working in the standard shipbuilding business. Our customers benefit from this cumulative know-how process since we know what needs to be done in passenger ship construction projects.

The key to a successful project delivery is careful planning. The best way to create trust and confidence is to prepare realistic project execution plans. We set up a complete newbuilding project organisation and support our client from the very beginning to ensure a reliable and successful delivery.

Through careful project planning and risk management, we create the conditions for successful construction and delivery. We ensure that production complies with plans and we react promptly and proficiently to changes.

Deltamarin’s comprehensive project execution planning integrates a fit-for-purpose concept, best partners and practices with cost-efficient resourcing and construction anywhere in the world.
