Deltamarin has been selected to undertake several Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC) ship design contracts during the last couple of months. This underscores the industry’s trust in Deltamarin to deliver innovative and future-proof solutions to the global PCTC market.
Deltamarin has signed a contract with the Estonian Transport Administration to develop a new concept for a ferry travelling between the big islands and the mainland. The concept is expected to be completed in early 2023 and will be the basis for preparing a public procurement and further designing and constructing the ferry.
Deltamarin has signed a contract with Fennorail for the concept design of the EUROCARRIER train ferry capable of carrying both train and truck cargo. The aim is to develop the world’s greenest train ferry by optimising the design and selecting machinery system compatible with alternative fuels such as LNG and green hydrogen.
Deltamarin has signed a contract with Norwegian Yacht Voyages AS for conceptual design and consultancy services for the energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly M/Y Caroline expedition mega yacht project. Deltamarin will provide conceptual design together with selected architect partners, covering the development of the technical design and documentation.
