Deltamarin and GTT receive ABS AIP for dual-fuel Newcastlemax design
ABS Classification Society has granted Approval in Principle (AIP) to Deltamarin and GTT for the dual-fuel Newcastlemax bulk carrier design. The companies have been cooperating on the development of the LNG-fuelled energy-efficient vessel which will meet current and future environmental targets by introducing a well-studied, pre-approved and genuinely clean-fuel technology ship.
Deltamarin signs design contracts with Merima
Deltamarin has signed two design contracts with Merima Oy, a Finland-based company providing turnkey interior solutions for passenger vessels. The contracts cover HVAC and interior design for Merima’s turnkey areas aboard the ferry newbuildings for Tallink and Kvarken Link. The ships are to be built at Rauma Marine Constructions (RMC) shipyard in Finland.
